Surgical procedure with IntraGraft® Bone Marrow

    Step 1

    Insert the tip of the Bone Marrow Harvester at least 2 cm beyond the cortical bone.

    Step 2

    Advance the cannula to the desired depth and adjust
    the gear until it contacts the skin.

    Step 3

    Remove the internal stylet, connect the VacLoksyringe,
    and aspirate the first cc of bone marrow.

    Step 4

    By rotating the handle 360°, the cannula retracts
    by 0.5 cm, allowing aspiration from an untouched
    site and preventing contamination from peripheral blood.

    Step 5

    The 270 μmfilter provided in the kit allows separation
    from possible contamination by bone fragments, oil, and fat.
