IntraGraft® FAT

    What is
    IntraGraft® FAT

A sterile, single-use kit for the processing and minimal manipulation of adipose tissue, IntraGraft® FAT is a complete solution that includes all the instruments required for a full regenerative medicine procedure.
The treatment can be performed in an outpatient clinic or operating room, under local anesthesia, in just a few minutes.

    Indications and
    Clinical Benefits

IntraGraft® FAT is indicated for the treatment of:

    • Early and moderate osteoarthritis (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle)
    • Meniscal, chondral, and muscle injuries
    • Chronic tendinopathies
    • Chronic pain due to overload or trauma
    • Peripheral neuropathies and carpal tunnel syndrome

    Clinical benefits include:

    • Local anti-inflammatory effect (↑ IL-10, ↓ TNF-α)
    • Tissue regeneration (cartilage, tendons, muscles)
    • Pain reduction and improved joint function
    • Minimally invasive and high safety profile

    Centrifugation vs.
    Mechanical Filtration

IntraGraft® FAT employs a gravity decantation and progressive filtration system to obtain MicroFat and NanoFat—concentrated, fluid forms of adipose tissue.
Mechanical filtration preserves cell viability and enables effective injection even through very fine needles (27–30G).

    Key Features of the
    IntraGraft® Fat Technique

    Minimally traumatic harvesting

→ Reduces patient discomfort and preserves cellular integrity.

    Targeted superficial collection

→ The most superficial subcutaneous fat is biologically richer in ADSCs.

    Standardized technique

→ Reproducible protocol, even by operators with no liposuction experience.

    Small cellular clusters

→ Enhance graft integration and survival at the target site.

    Minimal manipulation

→ No centrifugation or complex devices → maximum cell viability, fast procedure, and low cost.

    Low complication risk

→ Reduced incidence of hematomas, seromas, infections, and tissue irregularities.

    Optimal tissue injectability

→ Fluid consistency allows easy injection using fine needles or cannulas for non-invasive treatments.

    Outpatient and accessible

→ The entire procedure can be performed in a surgical clinic or OR, using a complete, sterile, disposable kit.
